Membership is by application only. All members are vetted property professionals.
Directness
Every asset listed must be direct from the vendor with a signed mandate. No chain agents. No daisy-chaining. No unverified stock.
Transparency
All fees declared at the point of offer. Both sides present their Terms of Business before any deal proceeds. No offer is valid without this.
Simplicity
Maximum two members per deal. One buying agent, one selling agent. Clean, fast, principal-to-principal introductions. No stacking of intermediaries.
